The Challenge
Content lived in Google Drive links emailed after payment. Students got lost, refunds spiked from access confusion, and there was no drip schedule.
The Solution
I set up membership roles, gated lesson templates, drip rules, and a streamlined checkout with welcome emails — using lean plugins the coach can manage alone.
The Result
The members area launched in four weeks. Access tickets dropped, drip lessons ran on schedule, and the coach stopped manually sending Drive folders after every sale.
