A WordPress site for a small agency that needed to rank, load fast, and be editable without a developer on retainer — custom theme, clean CMS, and Core Web Vitals in mind.
The Challenge
Their old site was a slow page-builder stack: bloated plugins, no real SEO structure, and a homepage that broke on phones. Leads were bouncing before the form even appeared.
The Solution
I rebuilt the front end as a lightweight custom WordPress theme, stripped unused plugins, and structured services and case studies for search. Images were compressed, caching tuned, and the editor was set up so the team could update copy without breaking layout.
The Result
Largest contentful paint landed under two seconds on a typical 4G connection, the layout holds on every breakpoint, and the agency can publish without calling a developer for every headline change.
