An internal admin for a subscription SaaS that needed support staff to manage plans, invoices, and failed payments without SSH or Stripe dashboards.

The Challenge

Support escalated every plan change to engineering. Failed payments sat unnoticed until customers churned, and there was no audit trail for manual overrides.

The Solution

I built a role-gated admin with plan CRUD, invoice lookup, dunning queue, and audit logs — wired to the existing billing provider with safe, reversible actions.

The Result

Support resolved most billing tickets in-panel within five weeks of kickoff. Engineering left the firefighting loop, and failed-payment recovery became a daily checklist instead of a surprise.
