The Challenge
The product idea was clear; the interface was not. Spreadsheets and a half-built admin slowed demos, and the founder needed an MVP that looked fundable and worked on real data.
The Solution
I designed and built a Next.js dashboard with role-aware views, metric cards, and readable charts. We scoped to overview, funnel, and export — then shipped, iterated, and documented for the next engineer.
The Result
The MVP went live in six weeks. The founder used it in sales calls the same month, and the first cohort could self-serve reports without a custom spreadsheet every Friday.
