The Challenge

The site had almost no referring domains from real publications. Previous ‘SEO packages’ had dumped junk links that Search Console was already warning about.

The Solution

I built a tight prospect list, pitched angles that editors would actually run, and wrote pieces that belonged on those sites. Anchors stayed natural, and every placement was tracked against the pages we wanted to support.

The Result

Thirty-plus links landed on relevant, higher-authority domains. Domain trust improved, target URLs gained referring domains worth keeping, and the client stopped buying links they would later have to disavow.
