The Challenge

The host product had accounts and invoices but no visual pipeline. Power users were churning to Notion boards the moment deals got complex.

The Solution

I shipped a kanban pipeline with drag-and-drop stages, deal drawers, and lightweight activity notes, integrated with existing auth and billing entities.

The Result

The module launched in four weeks. Early adopters moved active deals into the product, and support tickets about ‘where do I track leads?’ dropped sharply.
